A 30 Second clip of ‘I Love You’, taken from the forthcoming album is now available on the official microsite. The Track is the studio version of the song that originally appeared on the ‘One for the Road’ album.

’Free My Name’ Video Shoot News

The Video Shoot for the forthcoming Single ‘Free My Name’ was completed yesterday in West London, it features the band on a stage in front of a screen showing images relating to the lyrics from the album.

The full 5 Piece band was shot in at least 30 different sequences before the solo shots, this is all to be amalgamated into the final video in post production and when finalised, will be offered around to the various music channels next week.

Steve used the rare Rickenbaker Guitar given to him on his 30th Birthday by Paul Weller, as seen here, on the video shoot.

Single and Album News

The New Single 'Free my Name' will be released in three formats: 2 x CDS and a 7" vinyl. The video will be on CD 1, the tracklist, b-sides and artwork are still being finalised. The artwork is in the same style as the album, i.e typeface with the same type of imagery, very bright and colourful.

The album ‘A Hyperactive Workout for the Flying Squad’ will be released One week after the single, it will be released on a limited edition vinyl of around a 1,000 copies as well as the standard CD. The CD album may also contain an interview with the lads, although this has to confirmed along with the rest of details when band manager Chris Cradock meets with the Record label, Sanctuary, this week.

OCS News Updates and New Single Artwork

To your left you can see the single artwork for ‘Free My Name’, the first single from the new album, it follows the mood of the album artwork. The Single will be released in March, exact dates for Album and Single will be confirmed next week.

Also coming next week, is the full list of support acts for their Tour.

Steve Cradock on ‘Mod Aid’ Charity Single

Steve will be featuring on a Charity single along with Ronnie Wood, P.P Arnold, Steve Diggle et al. They are recording the Small Faces classic tracks, ‘Wotcha Gonna Do ‘bout It’ and ‘Afterglow’. All profits from the single are going to Charities working to provide relief in those areas affected by the Tsunami in Asia.
